The Ponds has become such a popular location that current purchasers are now the suburb’s best sales agents, recommending the area as a place to call home to their friends and family members.
Alison Edwards and her husband Mark bought a land lot in the very first land release in 2007 at The Ponds and recently secured a second land lot.
“We were one of the first residents to move into The Ponds and love it. The family friendly suburb has it all – great neighbours, community events and plenty of recreational areas for BBQ’s, picnics and exercise activities. It made perfect sense to purchase a second lot for our children’s future in this area too,” added Alison.
Navnish Bansal from Woodcroft was keen to secure a parcel of land in Sydney’s North West as his research showed the area was experiencing rapid growth. In 2009 he discovered the area and has since purchased four land lots in The Ponds for his family.
“This is the best area I have ever discovered. The Ponds is simply the place to be for savvy house purchasers. It is a great example of a thriving multi-cultural society – everyone is in the new community,” said Mr Bansal.
“I have also introduced several family and friends to the new suburb who are now reaping the benefits of living in this community. They love it and are very appreciative of the introduction to The Ponds.”
Nigel Edgar from Australand said, “Many factors have driven astute home buyers to The Ponds. They have witnessed the rapid growth, unique 80 hectare nature corridor that runs through the spine of the new suburb and infrastructure already in place including John Palmer Public School, playgrounds, picnic areas and kilometers of bikeway and walking paths.”
“Purchasers have also noticed that Norwest Business Park, Rouse Hill Town Centre and major transport links including the M2 and M7 are situated within a five kilometre radius from the suburb.”
The next land release will be issued in mid April. Features of the Water Blossom 3 release include prime elevated lots (5 over 500 sq m), a range of lot sizes from 415 to 591 sqm m, wide frontages up to 19 metres , flat land for easy building and no community levies. Prices start at $315,000.
The Ponds is a 320 hectare master-planned community which is being developed by Landcom and Australand. It will comprise over 3,000 homes when complete.
