The Ponds is once again off to a very strong start in the New Year with ninety-four deposits already recorded from its first land releases.
This calendar year over 500 land lots will be released in this thriving suburb to keep up with the
on-going solid demand from house hunters.

Almost 2,000 reservations have been placed on land since the project launched almost three years ago which is a great achievement.”
“The strong response for the past three years has continued into 2011 and we expect a similar buoyant pattern throughout the year provided there is minimal interest rate movement. Most of the buyers are located within a 10 kilometre radius from the project. People already living in Blacktown, the Hills district, Parramatta, Ryde and Holryd have purchased a significant number of land lots.”

Land lots are priced from $315,000 for small lots from 437 sq m and boast many features including wide frontages, bushland views, flat contours and no community levies.
Landcom also recently opened Stanhope Parkway in The Ponds enabling residents living in the area to move more easily from the east to west. Later this year work will begin on Ridgeline Road, linking Kallina to the rest of The Ponds.
The Ponds $7 million eastern playing fields project is due for completion in May. This facility will comprise two high-tech playing fields, four tennis courts, four netball courts and playgrounds. Additional features include two ponds, training standard lighting, extensive landscaping and a car park accommodating 165 cars.
The Ponds is a 320 hectare master-planned community which is being developed by Landcom and Australand. It will comprise over 3,000 homes when complete.
