Sydney’s fastest growing suburb has this month released 46 land lots to kick-start Spring, traditionally the busiest time on the real estate calendar.
The new land lots are located in the popular Paperbark and Silver Leaf neighbourhoods, situated in close proximity to the new state-of-the-art sports facilities which will open next month.

Land prices in the new release start at $310,000 and range in size from 390 sq m to 575 sq m. Features include easy building lots, no community levies, wide frontages and many offer panoramic bushland views.
The Ponds is a 320 hectare master-planned community which is being developed by Landcom and Australand. It will comprise over 3,000 homes when complete.
