The Ponds Community
The Ponds is not just a suburb, it is a neighbourhood where residents are encouraged to connect with others through our Community Development Program.
The Ponds is a place to make new friends, become involved in community activities and events and actively participate in interest groups.
Tuula Schaeffer and Michele Girdham, the Community Facilitator for The Ponds, will personally visit each new family as they move into their new home and deliver a Welcome Pack and a gift from Landcom and Australand. Tuula and Michele also organise community events that provide the residents an opportunity to meet and connect with others who live in or around The Ponds.
