The Ponds Community
The Ponds is not just a suburb, it is also a community where, through The Ponds Community Development Program, residents are welcomed and able to connect with others. It is a place to make new friends, be involved in community activities and events and participate in interest groups.
Tuula Schaeffer is the Community Facilitator for The Ponds. Tuula personally visits each new family as the move into The Ponds and delivers a Welcome Pack and a gift from Landcom and Australand. Tuula also organises community events that provide the residents an opportunity to meet and connect with others who live in or around The Ponds.
